“Hold on to the pattern of sound teaching that you have heard from me, in the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.” 2 Timothy 1:13

FCC Sunday SchoolAt FCC we believe that Sunday School is the foundational strategy in a local church for leading people to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and for building on-mission Christians through open Bible study groups that engage people in evangelism, discipleship, fellowship, ministry, and worship.

As Christian author Julia Shipley states, the main goals for our Sunday School Ministry are as follows:

  1. Help persons of all ages learn God's Word and how to apply it to their lives.
  2. Evangelization.
  3. Provide opportunities for Christian fellowship.
  4. Provide opportunities for Christian service.
  5. Provide opportunities for spiritual growth.
  6. To be part of the overall growth, outreach and mission of the total church.
