Pastoral CounselingFayetteville Community Church's Pastoral Counseling Ministries offers various Educational Services. Outlines of studies taught in the groups are available at no charge. You may e-mail your request for additional information on services provided, outlines, questions and comments. Please include your prayer requests.

Our Pastoral Counseling Ministry, is a non-denominational ministry which has been called and established upon II Corinthians 1:3-4: "Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort: Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God."

Fayetteville Community Church's Pastoral Counseling Ministries has been established to be "HIS" hand extended to hurting people and to demonstrate the Biblical mandate of Luke 4:18, 19: "The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He hath anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He bath sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord."

Our Pastoral Counseling Ministry offers individual, marital, family and group counseling in such areas as: Abuse - Anxiety - Conflict Resolution - Grief Recovery Marriage/Divorce/Remarriage Substance Abuse & Addiction - Child and Adolescent Behavior Anger Management Budget Counseling - Depression - Loss Issues - Spiritual Confusion Management - Parent's Workshop

GROUP MEETINGS
MONDAY:
Grieving Well - Small group designed for those wrestling with the loss of a loved one. Meets at 10am.

Mighty Warriors/New Life - Noonday devotional with a focus on issues relating to anxiety, depression, and addictions.

Let's Talk About It - Meets at 4:30 p.m. Teen discussion group focusing on problem solving from Biblical principles.

TUESDAY:
King's Kids - Biblical character building for ages 6-9. Meets at 4:30 p.m.

THURSDAY:
The Breakfast Club - An early morning Bible Study (6:30 a.m.) focusing upon conflict resolution and relationships.

Disciples of Christ - Focusing upon Biblical coping skills for daily living for ages 10-12. Meets at 4:30 p.m.

MEND - (Marriage Enrichment) Meets at 7:30 p.m. Call the Church Office for location. (Childcare provided.)

MONTHLY:
Living Well - Single Christian Living (Single, Separated, Divorced or widowed)- Meets the first Friday of each month at 7:00 p.m. (Childcare provided.)

Parent's Workshop - Biblical guidelines for parenting. Meets 2nd Saturday 11:00 a.m. Call church office for location, 323-5313 ext. 225.
